Following a detailed Business Case Review of Cornwall and Isle of Scilly NHS PCT’s Office Accommodation Strategy, a series of work phases were recommended.
Cornwall and Isles of Scilly NHS PCT
PLACEmaking developed design solutions that resulted in architectural, structural and M&E services alterations to the Sedgemoor Centre, enabling the PCT to vacate 2000 sqm of space in other buildings and redeploy 200 staff within a reduced estate.
